The topic presented at the May meeting of the Beacon Historical Society will be:

The women's right to vote, saloons and the Great War.

Bob Murphy will give an interesting talk called The Determinative Year of 1917. Join us for an enlightening discussion and delicious refreshments.

 

About the St. Andrew's Church Parish House... negotiations between the lawyers for the church and the Beacon Historical Society about the lease are continuing.
