Hundreds of stories and over 1000 photos!

Our program is titled "The Gift of Bob," as we celebrate the life and legacy of Robert J. Murphy, our late Society President, who passed away in July after a brave fight with cancer. Plan to join us via Zoom on Monday, December 21 at 7:00 pm, when Past President Denise Doring VanBuren will discuss production of the new anthology of Bob's work, Beacon’s Memory Keeper and Storyteller: Robert J. Murphy. Then, members will be encouraged to share a memory of Bob and/or discuss their favorite newsletter article from the new book (or past newsletters). Let's honor Bob's devotion to Beacon by coming together just before Christmas to share the ways that he touched our lives and told our stories.
